RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Upon receiving your product, you have 07 days to initiate a refund if you are not satisfied.

If you notice any errors or flaws in the construction of your item, you must contact us within the 7 day time frame. This does not apply to mistakes made by clients after purchase. You must provide a picture of the error to info@fabsiss.com. For the first step of the review process, we will review your image and make a decision. If we determine that we caused the error, we will notify you by email. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for return or repairs. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will then provide you with our return address where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return.

Second step of review process begins when we receive your item. We will inspect it and send you an email to inform you that we have received your item and make the necessary changes. If we deny the item for return or repairs, we will return the item to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
